Golf
is all about
timing, vigilance, determination, physical/mental conditioning and the
elements.
Unfortunately,
we cannot help you with any of that.
However,
when
certain situations arise we can best serve you by addressing those
issues
in advance because we do not like surprises either.

Can I make
a reservation inside 30 days of intended play?
Yes
however,
should you elect to go within two weeks of intended play there will
most
likely be an expedite fee in order to distribute your funds
individually
to the courses and/or the resort or lodging facility.
What if
it rains, snows or floods while I am on my golf vacation?
The
course(s)
will not actually close unless the head golf professional determines
so. Should the head golf professional declare the course closed then,
in
most
cases, we can get you a fully refunded round if you have either
purchased our Rainout Guarantee or our more comprehensive full trip
coverage program.
What is the difference between these
two programs?
Our own Rainout Guarantee
Program:
Rain can be a wet
blanket on any
trip. With that in mind, we're proud to offer our clients this
protection
package on select packages. Don't let the weather ruin your trip. We
recommend purchasing
our RainOut Guarantee Program to cover any unexpected weather events.
This is for rainouts only and does not include the full features of the
Travel Guard Insurance program, above.
Also, please note that this program is not needed should you purchase
the full trip protection of the RBC Insurance policy described below.

Refunds for
rounds missed due
to inclement weather are dependent upon the official club policy of
each
individual course. Confirm with the Pro Shop that play will be
suspended
and contact our offices upon return. A refund for your round will be
issued
within 30 days from the travel date with the purchase of our RainOut
Guarantee
Program. Contact your Golf Planner and ask them about this protection
package.

Trip Cancellation
Covers you if you cancel your Trip due to a covered reason.

How far
out can I make my tee times?
Securing
your
advance tee times is our specialty. In some cases, we can get them 120
days from play. With others, it may be only 30 days prior to play
depending
upon the course. With the majority of the courses that we represent in
Texas, we pioneered the advance tee time arrangement. You can be
assured
that our tee times are generally the best of the day because we get to
the tee sheets well before the general public.
I would
like to bring my wife (or husband) but he/she does not play. Can you
make
a golf vacation for just one w/rider?
We
certainly
can. If it is just one player, we can still arrange for a tee time...
with
rider.
Would I
be charged for two players in the room- even if only one plays golf?
No.
We would
charge for a single golfer rate which is generally higher than the per
person rates for two to a room because the room costs are not split in
half. However, your non-golfer stays free in room. And, some of our
resorts
provide breakfast for the non-golfer included in the single player rate.
Can you
do my air tickets?
Yes.
We are
also a full service travel agency. We have been doing corporate travel
since 1979 and we would be happy to assist you when shopping fares. We
also have an online booking engine that you are welcome to use. This
link
is on every golf package that we sell- usually right below the area
where
you would enter your name, address, etc...
Can you
reserve my rent car?
Yes.
What are
your cancellation penalties and fees?
Each
page
or golf package is notated with the information on cancellations. In
addition,
when we respond to you via email we provide a full description of your
program including all costs and conditions for purchase.
I would
love to play Kiawah Island, PGA National or Doral but this may not
be the year for me.
We
have just
introduced some excellent opportunities to stay and play at some of
North
America's premier golf resorts - at very reasonable rates!
